Getting a lot of questions: will my good old 3GJUICE work with my brand new 3GS? If you bought the MAJOR MOJO or the 3GJUICE DE LUXE , no problem! I

No comptability problems. If you seem to have one, your unit must have a faulty condensator. Contact support@3gjuice.com

MAJOR MOJO
Works fine. Keep in mind we advise you to use the original iPhone cable for Major Mojo, the Bonus condensator Pack is to be used for other phones.

bought both a "just in case" and a "deluxe". both work well with my 3gs phone.
also, the purchase, dialogue with henk, and delivery of the products were totally first class.

I just got a Major Mojo from Amazon and it doesn't work on my 3GS - I'm sending it back. Yes, I used the original iPhone cable; don't use jailbreak; the iPhone gives a message that it won't work with this charging appliance. Are you telling me this should work - how can I get it to work?

I plugged my new 3gs phone into a new major mojo three times and the phone said the device was not compatible. I then used it on my wifes 3g with no problems 3 or 4 times.
Today in preparation to contact support I tried it again 30 the 3gs phone and it works with no problems.

Rich,

I can explain what happened; for the 3GS you must first power on the
Major Mojo and then charge the phone. If you do it the other way
round, you get the strange errors ;)

Do I understand you correctly? I purchased the 3g juice in December for my iphone3g which I have upgraded to the3gS, My 3g juice is no longer compatible? I've never even used it!

Update: only customers who use a jailbreaked phone have compatibility
problems, fortunately only in some rare occasions.

It seems to be not as bad as I told you: 95 % of customers who
upgraded have no problems at all. If you do, contact
support@3gjuice.com for a new one.
