3 days ago I order a 3gjuice with overnight shipping. It came with a 3gjuice box but inside it is an Ipwr battery. Are they the same? Or I am getting the wrong product?Help!!

I live in the UK – Pack of (three) 3G Juices shipped (express mail) on Friday 15 May and delivered on Monday 18 May – 'Fantastic'.

Great service, great product and I have to say that Henk is a genuinely nice guy. Responds to emails personally and puts customer service first.

Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed….:)

I live in the UK, I ordered a Major Mojo on Friday 24 April. It is now Friday 15 May, some three weeks later and the goods have not arrived. I have asked for a refund and was promised one on Wednesday (13 May) this week. I was advised by 'Henk' that the refund was being processed by PayPal, however as you will all no doubt know, when PayPal processes a refund from a company, you (as the purchaser) get and email to advise you that a refund has been processed. I have had NO email from Paypal to confirm this. The refund has not been actioned and I am still waiting.

My emails are being ignored. At first communication was good but now we have a problem they just do not want to know.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT LIKE I HAVE.

Thanks for the nice words. Currently we're working (= ahum, I must
say, I am working) on a lot of three new products:

the smallest Macbook Air external battery in the world,
a smaller 3GJUICE for non mobile warriors
Major Mojo, a bigger 5400 mAh battery for the iPhone (and G1) which
HAS a cable (although I hate cables).
